Warranty

Richardson-Allen furniture comes with a limited three year warranty. Furniture damaged due to faulty joinery will be repaired or replaced at our expense for up to three years from the time of purchase. Freight returns must be prepaid and will not be accepted without prior written approval from Richardson-Allen. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse, normal paint wear, or seasonal cross-grain wood movement. Custom designs, alterations to our existing lines, fabrics and cushions are excluded from this warranty.
